Our regular menu at the Cork and Cleaver is very unique to Adelaide and Australia and has not changed in presentation for more than 33 years. The entire menu is printed on aluminium cleavers. It features traditional steak dishes, lots of daily specials including our famous Chateau Briand and our Cork and Cleaver spiced steak.
