Our regular menu at the Cork and Cleaver is very unique to Adelaide and Australia and has not changed in presentation for more than 37 years.  The entire menu is printed on aluminium cleavers.  It features traditional steak dishes, lots of daily specials including our famous Chateaubriand and our Cork and Cleaver spiced steak.

Set Menus

Cork and Cleaver club menu. Surely nothing like it in Adelaide. Seven main courses to choose from including Prime Rib, Steak Dianne, Fish of the Day or Sizzling Garlic Prawns. Your meal includes a half bottle of Red or White wine and dessert and coffee. Like I said before, there is nothing like it in Adelaide! Menus 2-3 and 4 are designed for more formal settings including corporate dinners and celebrations.

Also enquire about our drinks packages... Highly recommended for all functions with six or more guests. It includes red, white, beer and soft drinks, all unlimited during the 3.5 hours of dinner.
